For the past 20 years, Canevas Design has specialized in the design, manufacturing and production of custom canvases and protective products to meet its clients' specific and unique needs.
Canevas Design is the reference in the transformation and manufacturing of custom canvas and protective products in Québec.
We advise clients on the various materials that can be used to meet their requirements in terms of resistance to fire (NFPA 701, ULCS109, CPAI-84, FAR aviation), wind, light (UV), chemical products or any other substance.
We design indoor and outdoor stage canvases, event decorations, marquee tents, industrial curtains, protective canvases, industrial and commercial bags, and work and protective cushions to meet your health and safety needs.
We also offer a finishing service for large format printing companies (PVC welding, eyelets/grommets, sewing, reinforcing, and custom finishing), industrial canvas repair or modification service of any kind, and canvas, structure, marquee tent and awnings installation service.
20 Years in the Making
Created in November 2003 by Sylvain Des Alliers and Stéphane Houle, the company grew slowly to ensure building a solid reputation and creating bonds of trust with its clients by offering high-quality products.
Through time, Canevas Design became the reference in transforming and manufacturing custom canvas and protective products in Québec.
Our Mission: offer simple and effective solutions and manufacture quality products to satisfy the unique needs of our clients, always on time, as agreed.
Our team counts close to 20 skilled employees dedicated to producing quality products. We offer a dynamic, family-oriented, CLOSE-KNIT, fun, inclusive, open, and collaborative environment.
In 2021, the company changed guard to allow the founding members to enjoy a well-deserved retirement. Indeed, the company was transferred to Geneviève Lajoie, MBA, and Éric St-Denis, BAA, two entrepreneurs combining 40 years of experience in business management.
Their objective: to continue the company's Mission by expanding Canevas Design's know-how to all Quebec, Canadian and American companies.
